U11-U19 Competitive Soccer Program
Program Overview
PAYSL offers a Division-2 and Super-2 competitive soccer program for players ages U11-U19. This program is designed for players ready to go beyond recreational soccer. It provides age-and-skill-appropriate soccer development progression from recreational soccer.
Philosophy
PAYSL’s philosophy is based on the premise that team sports help develop talents and skills that will make a positive contribution in the development of the whole person through sportsmanship, physical and mental fitness.
Details
Players will register and commit for a seasonal year. The soccer year is composed of the Fall and Spring seasons. Registration will take place prior to the Fall season during the summer. Teams are primarily coached by a volunteer licensed coach who will have a minimum of a USSF E Coaching License and must get the D License within one year. The fees include ten (10) practice sessions run by a professional paid trainer contracted by PAYSL. The trainer may come from Austin Texans SC or other area trainers.
