It is encouraged that all active referee's and all new referee's join CASRA (Capital Area Soccer Referees Association). Meetings are the first Monday of months August through June at the CAYSA office.

Dues are $15.00 and entitles you to a recent clinic free each year, or you can accumulate your training hours and just take the test. They usually have one hour of referee training available.

Great place to come ask questions, meet people, get info on tournaments, upgrades, assessments, etc.
